Treats for Tzedakah!

Do you know why the EC wing has been smelling like a bakery lately? The Gan and Ganon classes have been eagerly preparing for the EC bake sale! Gan Gimmel was super excited to participate in the bake sale today.
Over the last two weeks Gan Gimmel has been so busy preparing chocolate dipped pretzels and marshmallows to sell to all of the students in 1-8 grade. Each of the EC classes baked many different treats. This morning Gan Gimmel decided to donate all of the Tzedakah money that they had collected so far this month to the cause! It was over $50! All of the proceeds will benefit iShine- an organization that helps kids in need. We are so proud of the children and their participation in this extraordinary mitzvah!
