One of Yavneh's outstanding days is the annual Benjamin Schwartz Memorial 5K Run and 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk. This fabulous event brings together our school in an exciting way. The weather was brisk , perfect for running or walking, and a great way to raise money for Yavneh's scholarship fund.
Imagine our surprise at the end of our Shabbat assembly, when our own Leora Pearlman, who won second place in the girls ECD division, and Joe Ruditzky and Howie Rudolph, who won second and third place in the boys ECD division, were called up to receive their medals.
