Gan Gimmel prepared for Rosh Hashanah through games, songs, books and crafts. We used our senses to taste, feel, smell, hear and see Rosh Hashanah in our classroom. The children are getting to know each other and are enjoying their time together. For Yom Kippur, Gan Gimmel is making a "friends" book with our friends' names, phone numbers and pictures so that we can call our friends when they are sick or for a playdate or to say "I'm sorry" if they need to.
Shhhh....don't tell, but tomorrow we will have 2 big boxes in our classroom....wondering what we will be making??? Stay tuned.......
