Gan Aleph's Apple Adventure Cont'

Throughout the course of the week, the children were engaged in an independent apple match game. There were 26 "broken" apple cut-outs on the table. Each apple piece had either an upper case letter or a lower case letter written on it. The children worked hard trying to match up the upper case letters with the correct lower case letters in order to "repair" the apple. When they were finished, we put it in the order of the alphabet.

apple math...After tasting the apples and deciding which one tastes best, the children graphed their answers in an apple tasting bar graph. We looked at the graph together and discussed which color apple was chosen the most and which apple was liked the least.

We are looking forward to continuing this unit throughout the course of next week with an apple relay, apple science and more! STAY TUNED!
