Parashat Bereishit is really coming to life in Ganon Bet. We began our unit by going outside and looking around to see what Hashem created. After returning to our class, we brainstormed and came up with a list of all different things including;trees, houses, watermelon, and cats. We practiced taking turns by throwing around a beach ball which looked like the earth. We began working on a special class number book in which we will each get a turn to take home for the night and share with our families. On each page was a number between one and seven. After reviewing what Hashem created on that day, the children used various mediums to create the events of that day. The children are looking forward to their turn to share this book with their families!
